DVID provides cybersecurity training and protection services, including:
The service is provided "as is" in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Users agree to:
All content, features, and functionality of the service including text, graphics, logos, firmware, hardware designs, and training materials are the exclusive property of DVID. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform. No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the service. Exception: The open-source challenges published at https://dvid.eu/fr/opensource are governed by their respective open-source licenses as indicated in each repository.
DVID is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or gross negligence.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any violation of these Terms or for security reasons. Users may terminate their account at any time. Termination does not entitle users to a refund unless required by law.
In accordance with EU law:
Unused paid days are prorated and added to the end of the subscription term.

Free Training Courses
3 (three) training courses are available at no additional cost on the platform experience.dvid.eu. These training courses are regularly renewed by DVID. DVID reserves the right to modify the selection of included training courses at any time. A minimum of 3 training courses will remain available at all times.
Open-Source Challenges
A collection of open-source challenges is freely available at https://dvid.eu/fr/opensource. These challenges include targeted exercises to train on specific vulnerabilities and methodologies for analysis and exploitation. This content is accessible to all users independently of any purchase.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of France.
